AAA City Plumbing

When my septic tank system started acting up again after just having it pumped, I called AAA City Plumbing to come figure out what was going on with it and to (hopefully) fix it! I was trying not to freak out as $ dollar signs $ danced in my head. When I called I spoke with kind Cindy who listened to my tale and then told me she was going to make sure someone got by asap to check it out. Her quiet confidence in the company and those who worked in the trenches, so to speak, was crucial in reducing my anxiety and stress levels. The next day Gary arrived at the time he was expected and began observing what he could and asking me a lot of questions about what I’d noticed. There was probably some blockage somewhere in the line(s) and he needed to check in with his boss to finalize a plan of action/price. The following Monday, Cindy called once again to let me know the guys were on their way. A short time later, Gary was at the door and Ian and Shane were here, too. He wanted to let me know they were getting ready to go to work, and so they did! Several hours later on one of my “rounds,” the guys explained what they’d discovered regarding some of the lines that went to and from the tank and what they were doing to get them right again. Before leaving, they filled in the trenches, seeded the “dig areas” and covered them with hay. They were a great group to work with and they are now my Go-To Guys should I have plumbing/septic tank issues again. Thank you, AAA City Plumbing!

Cindy and Perry from AAA City Plumbing provided quick and excellent service. Cindy handled the logistics of my visit and Perry did the work. My septic tank needed to be pumped which Perry did efficiently. Then we discussed next steps if this didn’t solve my problem. I highly recommend this team from AAA!

Everyone was very nice, easy to work with. Jaime was great-having to answer many questions of mine. She was very patient w me! Cory and Gary were always on time, professional , nice, and explained things in a way that I could understand. Overall, it has been a positive experience. So far, so "great" on service. Ian who pumped my septic was great. Went the extra mile in service. Cindy kept in constant contact every step. Gary and Shane investigated entire system and gave me the steps needed. Still have a ways to go, but I'm confident they'll work with me. Great service.

I highly recommend AAA plumbing. They have been to our house several times for various issues and are always able to fix the problem quickly and efficiently. This time we had Cory come out. I cannot recommend him highly enough. He was professional he fixed our water leak quickly and he answered all of my questions. And I had a lot of questions! I will not use anyone else besides AAA plumbing and I am going to request Cory every time!

I want to thank Cory Jenkins for a great job he completed at my home very professional, explained everything he was going to have to do to fix the clogged sink and it works like a charm.
